- We work closely with our client every day to ensure we are executing everything correctly. We manage the client relationship, as they have confidence while providing logistics services to their shipping expectations and ensure their freight is serviced properly.
- Logistics Department was added in the fold of PPF in 2004 to offer an efficient/ economical mail transportation facility to PPOD.
- PPF Logistics Business is the main source of revenue stream. Logistics Business is to provide the Logistic Services which is growing day-by-day.
- To Pakistan Post, PPF is main contractor in providing the logistic services in transmission of State mail throughout the Pakistan.
Measures to Uplift Quality of Services
- Our growing Asset Based fleet boasts 60 different types of vehicles. Beyond this, we have access to over 100 vehicles through our Logistics Operations throughout Pakistan. We operate one of the largest, safest and most modern fleets on the road today.
- In addition to hands-on development, we invested in several technologies that would enable us to improve our logistics services. Among those technologies was a critical event reporting software that has enabled us to get a better idea of where our Drivers can improve.
- Setup a Logistics control room equipped with latest gadgets.
- Installed Tracking devices on 45 vehicles to monitor real time monitoring.
- Replacement of old vehicles with new fleet under overhandling policy of PPF.
- MIS of fleet vehicles.
- Issuance of fleet cards for each vehicles.
